2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information required to connect the service and are responsible for protecting the credentials of your mail accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, malware, unlawful content, unauthorized access attempts, or activity that places unreasonable load on the infrastructure.
4. Pricing and Billing
Service fees are based on the selected SendMaster plan. Additional work, including domain connection and mailbox migration, is charged according to the current service terms.
5. Domain and DNS
You provide the domain and the permissions required to configure it. Correct email operation may require MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, and circumstances outside our control may cause temporary limitations.
7. Suspension
Access may be restricted for violations of these Terms, non-payment, abuse of the service, or where required by law.
8. Responsibility
You are responsible for the content of messages you send and compliance with applicable law. SendMaster is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect domain configuration by the user or unavailable third-party systems.
